Mo El Banna, CEO
In 1986 upon finishing his Graduate studies, Mo joined Outreach International in New York City as its VP of International Marketing. In 1990 he was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Hubert and Peters, the oldest Real Estate Company in the US. He was promoted in 1992 to become the CFO of the parent company The DiLorenzo Group, a 3.2 billion dollar corporation where he held his post until 1995. In early 1996 Mo Partnered with Time Warner, LLC to head Blue Nile as it’s President, a NY based company that produced the largest outdoor opera in the world at the Great Pyramids of Giza. In 2001 Mo joined the Business School at Lehigh University where he was Director of the International Trade Development Program at the SBDC. In 2003 he joined Muller Martini Mailroom Systems as its International Sales Manager & Corporate Accounts Executive. Mo joined CoreTech in 2007 and with his extensive professional experience and personal traits he will be leading CoreTech International to dominate the world stage as the leader in the industry.
Mo earned his Bachelor of Science in business and has attended the MBA program at the University of Colorado.
Larry Green,VP Sales
Larry has over 35 years experience in Sales, marketing and Application Engineering. In 1976 he led the Sales Department for Alpha Lehigh Tool and Machine, a custom machinery builder. In 1982 he became President of PCI (Precision Cutters Inc), a start up company, and guided its development to a position as the premier supplier of cutter-based Trim Removal Systems. In 1999 he successfully merged PCI with a competitor to form P.A.C (Precision Airconvey Corp) where he served as President and Product Development Mgr. In 2009 Larry was appointed as VP of Sales at CoreTech International. Larry is a graduate of Villanova University.
Jeff Higbee, Sales
Jeff Higbee has over 30 years of sales experience, including Midwest regional sales manager for CorTechnologies. He has a background in web guiding, trim removal, wrinkle control and core processing in the converting industry. Jeff has been successful in account management and development with significant repeat business by providing excellent customer service. He has a BA degree in psychology and resides in Delaware Water Gap, Pennsylvania, where he is active in the borough open space and park committees as well as the local museum
Joel Bartelt, Sales
Since 1993, Joel has been providing engineered solutions for web printers and converters in the upper Mid-West. As owner of Dotray & Associates, he has extensive experience with web guiding, tension controls, trim removal, video inspection and core processing. Creating long term relationships by providing excellent service to his customers has been the key to his success. After graduating from St. Olaf College with a BA in Economics and Finance, Joel began his professional career with the Boy Scouts of America serving the northern suburbs of Minneapolis for three years. For the next seven years, Joel managed several departments at Northwestern National Life Insurance Company where he also earned his Fellow Degree in the Life Management Institute.
Lauren Green, Sales
Lauren Green has been the office manager of CoreTech International since our start up in 2009. She has been an influential asset to our team bringing in an extensive background in management. She had been responsible for managing our daily logistics including book keeping, purchasing, customer relations and human resources. In 2011 she made the transition to the Sales Team in which she accepted with enthusiasm and excelled ever since. She is eager to learn and will be a great contributor to the sales team.
Dave Abel, Assembly Foreman
Dave Abel has over 25 years experience in the core cutting machinery, applications and systems. His expertise of and dedication to flawless cutting machinery are imperative to CoreTech International. He is not only our assembly foreman; he is also a single point quality control person for final inspection before machine shipping. Due to his vast experience in core cutting, Dave is involved in all aspects of new design, custom applications and is also a reference to assist customers and provide technical support. Dave is more than willing to discuss any technical problems that may arise for CoreTech customers, an easy conversation which always leads to the solution to get your core cutter back to running smoothly.
Joe Karpinski, Service Manager
Service Manager Joseph Karpinski brought friendly service and a thorough understanding of the CoreTech line to our team in 2010. In his first year of employment with CoreTech International, he has traveled thousands of miles throughout North America, providing our customers with those aforementioned qualities. Joe is the man to call if any technical difficulties should arise. He is happy to provide our customers with assistance over the telephone. In the case of a more urgent post-purchase issue, Joe is more than willing to travel to our customers’ plants to ensure the highest efficiency of our coveted machines. He also has five years of management experience in the local restaurant industry, and has since brought the skills he acquired there to the core-cutting industry.
Chris Hansen, Sales Engineer
Chris has over 15 years experience as a consulting engineer. He has provided many companies from diverse industries with crucial technical marketing and sales solutions. His extensive experience combined with over 22 years active duty at the US Air Force and 5 years as a sales manager for an injection-molding firm, brings a breadth of technical, managerial and leadership skills to CoreTech International’s team. He is based in the Syracuse, NY office and covers the North East for the Company.
Chris has a BA in Mathematics from Villanova University, 1973, BS Aerospace Engineering University of Maryland and Master of Science Mechanical Engineering from the University California.
