Delivers value, speed, versatility and longevity. The CT14 has been leading the large ID core cutter in the market. This large ID core cutter is built with heavy-duty components for use around the clock. The CT14 will continue to produce perfectly cut cores with very little maintenance.
The CT14 is an automatic core cutter with a fully automated cutting cycle. It is well known for its versatility and high throughput. It is also user friendly making it sustain its leadership position for the last 10 years. And for the first time the CT14 is able to self load. Using an expandable chuck, it is able to load a 120" core without operator assistance.
To load a parent core, the operator switches the selector switch to “Load” and slides the core onto the chuck. He then advances the core to the end-stop, tripping the integrated micro switch and switches the select or switch to “Run.” This activates the automated cutting cycle. The knife lowers, cuts the core and the machine advances the parent core against the end-stop to restart the cycle.
